Greetings to all. Having read a report in Nexus magazine regarding niacinimide and arthritis I purchased niacinimide from Heath4 All initially on E Bay. They have the best price. I followed the article guidance and took 6 grams per day. I have not had any pain in my hands or hips since. I am 72. On seeing the results my wife took the same dose and has been free from arthritu s pain ever since. In excess of a year now. We take them every day with no side effects. Good luck to yourselves.
